Best app for handling files to and from anywhere, Top notch support

I have been using FileBrowser with an HP Windows 7 laptop, an iPad2, an iPad Air an iPhone 6s, and now a MacBook Air, as well as a Western Digital MYCloud network hard drive (which also serves as a Time Capsule backup ) all networked on an Apple AirPort Extreme router. It helps manage music, photos and documents among the devices we use. Streams and air plays videos to Apple TV perfectly. We frequently use it remotely when travelling, without any problems.
This app has worked flawlessly for me.
I had a stumble in getting the new MacBookAir connected, I worked through the support section of their web site, but was still stuck. I emailed details, and thats when Stratospherix really impressed me. I had a next day response which was well laid out, accurate and it worked. I m a happy camper when it comes to FileBrowser, my bet is that you will be too.
