This is great! I no longer have to waste space by having copies of my files on every device. No matter which device Im using at the time, I can access any file that I need, wherever it is stored. Also, I have minimal tech knowledge and I had no trouble setting it up. The app made it easy for me. If I can do it, anyone can.

Latest update broke the album view for photos on my IPod.

Let me be honest with you, this app really saved me alot. I have 16 GB iPad and I do lots of tasks like university related tasks , watching movies and so on... So basically 16GB is nothing ... But I have an AirPort extreme with 6TB HDDs ... So this app helped me to access all my files stored on my drives so easy .. And I really dont need an another iPad with a higher capacity. For watching movies you just need to download the VLC app which plays all video formats. And for me the music player is the best...

Copies files (any kind if file) in both directions. No service on remote or URL required. Connection is transparent. Very powerful and very easy to use. One of my favorite apps. One future enhancement suggestion - a builtin editor to edit text files.

Great app for browsing and retrieving files from any device. One thing that I would like to see is Share Sheet incorporation. For example, Im a college student. I have a home NAS where I store assignments. I often work in Microsoft Word and, within FileBrowser, I would love the capability to open a document in its corresponding native app using Share Sheet in order to view the files native formatting. The current in-app view of such file strips out Word-specific formatting.

This app is an outstanding addition to any iOS device, but especially for power users, and especially especially users with the Pro. Dual screening FB with numerous apps unleashes a whole new dimension of potential uses. This is an absolute godsend of an app.

Great app. Stays on top of all the complex updates needed to be connected to any data source. Well worth the money!

Does everything. I mainly use it as my .mp3 player, but it also seamlessly allows me to move my files as I need to, whether to other apps, or across networks. This makes iOS usable for anyone who isnt a brain dead Apple zombie. It is very stable, I cant remember it ever crashing or doing anything weird. Also I like the new icon that no longer makes me think "Facebook."

Connects to almost everything (GDrive, DropBox, local shares, etc.) and allows me to seamlessly move files between all my resources. I rely on it, and happily this excellent app keeps getting better.

Love the latest round of updates... This is now my goto audiobook reader as well as file manager. Kudos!

This app is fantastic! I love being able to access all of my files whether it be on DropBox, One Drive or on my network. Constantly being updated as well with new and enhanced features. Definitely worth a try!

Dont upgrade! Its not an upgrade but a downgrade. You lose features. They want you to spend $11 for the business version.

Great app, setup is simple. I use it to access my nas storage remotely. It connects very fast

I use the app to communicate with my desktop via my iPad Air 2 and it is SUPERB! Videos, pictures, docs .... And you can edit and copy or move etc. Terrific. It does not work outside your network but I didnt want that. Very happy with File Browser app.

I keep this review current as new versions come out but theres really never anything I have to change. No lie, this is the best app purchase Ive made. Not only is it rock solid and just works, the developer keeps adding features without charging for them. I read one review where the reviewer said this version lost features. Not true! If you have to manage or access files across wildly disparate environments (from real machines to "the cloud") then look no further and get this app. I have never been disappointed by it.

Great app for accessing all of my files on all of my home computers on my wifi system, as well as cloud folders, from my iPad. Have used it for 1.5 years with no problems or complaints, and it just keep getting better. Id highly recommend it if you have many files on a variety of computers on your system and want to access them from one convenient device (like an iPad or tablet). It also gives you the capability of a virtual hard drive with the ability to create folders for local file storage on your iPad, which otherwise doesnt have built in local hard drive, folder and files storage capabilities.

update-2016-03-12 : just gets better & better ; ) seriously cannot imagine iOS without this...! update-2015-11-25 : this is the only app i ever enjoy re-rating.... seriously, the continued support and features are so just right, its hard to not write like as if i had shares in their company ; )....!!! anyone i make this app aware of is so grateful and i could not imagine ever owning a mobile device without it. - - - simply my favorite, dont know what i would do without it, swiss army knife app...! for work or pleasure, this app is the best. customer support is very fast & smart, if they cant do what i need, they always explained why in an intelligent & polite manner. dont hesitate, youve arrived at the right app.
